Bobi Seredich Rusing
bobi@eqspeakers.com Bobi Seredich is the President and founder of Equanimity, Inc., a speakers bureau and training company creating event planning solutions. She has over 14 years of experience in event planning, corporate training programs and the speaker bureau industry. Through Equanimity, Bobi is committed to creating learning-based experiential activities for the development of corporate leaders along with individual’s professional and personal transformation. She has worked in the U.S. and all over the world with Fortune 500 clients including the likes of Microsoft, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Avaya, ExxonMobil, Wells Fargo and Pepsi. Bobi has directed and coordinated program development, marketing, presentation, training and implementation for large corporate business meetings and incentive travel trips from 8 to 7000 attendees. She was a senior operations and marketing executive with Maritz, one of the top meeting planning and incentive travel companies in the world, and furthered her career as an executive with a successful leadership conference organization Leadership Network in Arizona. As a certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence, the new X factor in leadership and success, Bobi has trained large and fast-growing organizations on the skills of emotional intelligence. Through these breakthrough concepts, she continues to educate and inspire teams ready to move to the next level of performance. Bobi is certified through the Institute of Health and Human Potential and in 2004 completed a one-year Enduring High Performance™ Coaching Program in Emotional Intelligence. Bobi holds a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She also attended the Universidad De Las Americas in Puebla, Mexico and Washington University in St. Louis. Bobi Lives in Scottsdale Arizona where she is involved in the community with Multi-Cultural Arts Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Shade Art Projects, Art Renaissance, Chrysalis Foundation and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. She was honored one of “Arizona’s Finest” in 2004 for her community contributions.
